Because all sales on Cosimo are directly between artist and buyer, our artists are solely responsible for the delivery of their work. 

However, in the unlikely instance that issues do arise, we will work with both parties to find a solution.

We will not hesitate to remove artists that do not fulfil orders correctly or in a timely fashion.

Once an order has been dispatched the artists can notify their collectors and provide any tracking details through the platform.
