Limited edition canvas print of a hand-threaded portrait of 60's model and icon Tiwggy. Limited edition of twenty. My method of making the original hand threaded piece consists of wrapping thread around nails which pinpoint the contours of the face to build up a mesh-like form made up of triangles. I build up layers and layers of these triangles to detail the subject's features and create depth to the image. The canvas print is an affordable alternative to the original hand threaded artwork.
