Return and Refunds

We hope and expect that everyone who buys through Cosimo will be happy with the artwork they receive! 

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork upon its delivery, we've made it easy for buyers to be able to communicate with artists to arrange any returns.

Although it is the ultimate responsibility of the artist and the buyer to resolve disputes, we will, where possible, attempt to mediate and resolve any issues. 

In the case that a refund or return is needed, it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the costs of shipping.

Any artist who does not fulfill their legal obligations and who does not comply with our terms and conditions will be removed from the platform.
